Resources
Mercatus provides a set of resources designed to help members understand the material discussed in meetings and get up to speed quickly. These are not required to start, but are available for members who want to build a stronger foundation and follow discussions more closely.
Weekly Newsletter: Mercatus Pulse is released every Monday night, covering S&P 500 performance, fixed income, key economic data and earnings, upcoming economic releases, the Caught My Eye Index (ten notable graphics from the past week), and a book excerpt from one of club's core readings.
Glossaries: Our three glossaries covering Relevant Market Terms, Economic Indicators, and Sentiment Gauges help members understand the terminology consistently used in meetings.
Stock Market History: Our S&P 500 annual return overviews (1928–present) provide historical context for how markets behave across economic environments and help students develop a long-term investing mindset.
Presentations & Member Work: Various materials such as enrichment presentations and independent member projects further reflect the work produced within the club.
